Great value hotel. Rooms comfortable, but it’s the staff that make it, as they are very friendly and helpful. Car parking an asset too.

Great location 10mins to centre over the millennium bridge, room with a view over the river.. parking wasn’t a problem, limited spaces Bed was comfortable Over all would definitely stay there again.

Very handy for our gig at Glasshouse, I had a superior room overlooking the river , nice size room , comfy bed , only problem we had was toilet flushing , a guy called night before to fix it , it still wasn’t great in morning, for £83 inc good breakfast I would stay there again .

Great location by the river. Room was large and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was that breakfast items ran out and twere not enough staff to replenish without a bit of a wait.

The location is great, it has a bit of an out of the way feel to it, rooms are pretty standard, water pressure was very good. Only gripe was the bar closing at 11pm, I think it's a bit early for most ppl.

Convenient location approximately 25 minutes walk to the city centre along the river. Nice and quiet. Upgraded to breakfast for £13.50 pp. Booked 2 triple rooms for £350 (without breakfast) which was one of the cheapest options for a city stay which seems quite expensive but first time in Newcastle and will definitely be back

Overall the hotel room was clean and did the job but the room was very tired. Furniture was damaged and stained. Facilities in the main reception again was basic but provided all we needed. Think they could maybe have more staff in the hospitality areas and the breakfast was not the best we have had. But overall for the price it was satisfactory.

Nice clean hotel near the Millenium Bridge. However, the car park is not big enough for the number of rooms and many guest will end up parking in the nearby multi-story car park which is locked at midnight.

Great location and price , they let us check into our room in the morning as it was available. I can’t remember the last time a hotel did this - Thankyou. Parking limited but excellent value. Good breakfast selection . All staff I had contact with helpful, engaging and a credit to the company.

My cousin and I have been a regular returning guests at this hotel, having chosen it on numerous occasions for staycations and relaxing getaways. As returning guests, we always enjoy staying at this hotel. It has become one of our preferred choices whenever we visit the area for a relaxing getaway. A special thank you to Hannah, the General Manager, Lisa from the dining room team, and the lovely lady who takes care of keeping our room clean and tidy every day. Your kindness, attentiveness and efforts truly contributed to making our stay a pleasant and comfortable one. Your hard work is very much appreciated. The hotel's location is another great advantage. It is just a few minutes' walk from The Glasshouse, and with a bus stop only steps away, it is incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding areas and visiting various attractions. Breakfast is reasonably good, and I particularly appreciate that some members of the staff are friendly, welcoming and approachable, which adds to the overall experience. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the team for making us feel welcome once again. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be returning!
