"My stay at the Wayfinder Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Kevin and Christine at the front desk were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their exceptional customer service made me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Eddy, the shuttle driver and tour guide. He truly made the experience unforgettable! His knowledge of the area, great personality, and genuine care for guests made every ride enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make venturing out around Newport fun, easy, and stress-free. Wayfinder is fortunate to have him on their team—he deserves a raise! Employees like Eddy are the reason guests want to come back. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and full of character. Thank you to the entire Wayfinder team for making my trip so memorable. I can’t wait to visit again!"

"This was a very clean hotel, great breakfast included in price (very healthy), coffee was great in the am. The perfect location to downtown Newport, Bellevue Avenue (mansions), and walking distance to Tennis Hall of Fame. It was perfect!"

"The staff was very kind and helpful. They gave wonderful tips about the area and helped making the stay more enjoyable. While leaving we forgot something in the room. When they found the item, they shipped it back to us which was very thoughtful. Greatly appreciated!"

"tainment, water, the works! The hotel staff was avaosultely amazing. The welcome goodie bag was a total treat as was the refreshing water and sangria. We also really appreciated the amazing breakfast every morning- right to your door. The fruits, pastries, beverages were beyond your typical continental breakfast. One last peek and a great one was being able to park onsite for free. Everywhere in newport parking is limited and very pricey, so being able to park our car for a few days while we equaled everywhere was priceless. Do not hesitate and book your stay now!"
