"In the bedroom is huge tab that hasn’t been mentioned. The doors outside are not looked and anyone could get easily inside. Our room was on the first floor, and the window wouldn’t lock at all. The place feels very unsecured, even though outside and inside there notifications that security cameras in use. BS. only very strong halogen lights from outside that wouldn’t let you fall asleep. Breakfast was suppose start at 7am. However, it was front loops only available, until long after 8am they...

"Room was clean, bright, well appointed. Bed was nice and firm. Lavazza coffee was a morning welcome for the trip home. Problem was the phantom flushing toilet that “flushed” every 15 minutes. This was quite unsettling/disruptive."

"Bedroom was fine - reasonably comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a different story. Hairs in the shower when we arrived so obviously had not been cleaned. Bathroom wreaked of cat pee. Hot water was barely lukewarm - goosebumps in the shower. When we addressed the water with the staff, the response was “well we are full”. Unacceptable answer. "

"Would not stay here again. Coffee pot did not work. They do not supply Kleenex tissues. Lobby seating was poor. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Did not like exterior entrance to room"

"It was a functionally nice, extremely clean hotel. The staff was very friendly (shout out to Crystal at the front desk) and the morning breakfast delivered way more than expected. But there should be more than DirectTV that loses signal when it rains, especially at the higher rate we paid because of the graduation events happening in the area. Also no iron in the room. Would I go back? Yes but I’d take my laptop so I can watch streaming services the hotel doesn’t have."

"Didn’t stay bc it was so rundown and dirty. I could not allow my dog to sleep on the floor there. "

"We loved our room. Just needed to stay 1 night to move our daughter out of her dorm...very pleasantly surprised at how big our room was. 2 queen beds & plenty of room to move about. Room was very clean, nice amenities & courteous staff."

"Pool and staff were nice, wish we had more time to enjoy it. I screwed up my booking date but the manager took care of it with no penalty. Very thankful and impressed there is still good people and customer service out there! "

"Eventhough we booked through Expedia, a warning about the train horns, and noise at wee hours of the night would help with planning to choose this hotel, coupled with paper thin walls. Breakfast was pretty good. Room size, and double sinks were good."

"Unfortunately, I hate to say it, but this was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve had. And I’ve traveled to a lot of developing countries so that’s saying a lot. The staff were perfectly pleasant, but the place is incredibly rundown and grotty. The wallpaper was peeling, carpet head holes throughout, the air-conditioning unit was broken and dangling off the wall. We felt like we needed to sleep with our clothes still on. Really gross. I should’ve known better. Anything with “quality” in...

"I was quite impressed with the hotel. It seems newly renovated, clean, and friendly! Great location and the breakfast was great! Especially the coffee!"

"The staff attending to the breakfast was frequently unable to be found and when asking the woman working the front desk to help with pancakes, she was annoyed an unpleasant. She also had no issue once it was fixed of making herself a large plate of them and sitting at the front desk eating her breakfast...after only arriving shortly before that for her shift to start. The hotel was clean otherwise and the room was what we expected."
