"This property is an excellent value for the cost, and right across the highway from King's Island! We just needed a clean place to sleep, and I was impressed by the generously sized fridge and the microwave in the room. While the property is not new by any stretch, our room was clean and so was the rest of the property. If your room faces the highway, the traffic is loud. I use special sleeping era buds, so it didn't matter to me, but if traffic noise bothers you, ask for a west facing room."

"The room was so filthy that we couldn’t stay. The floors were sticky, the bathroom was disgusting, even the mattress had stains on it. We had to move to another hotel, and they would not refund our money. I would not recommend it AT ALL."

I was disgusted with the amount of garbage in hallways and alcohol cans/bottles on window ledges. It is very poorly maintained. The breakfast consisted of dry muffins in a wrapper and coffee. However the front desk staff was very nice. I will never stay again, and would not recommend to anyone. In all honesty I feel like a refund is in order."
