"Room & internal of hotel were clean. Our issue was directly outside by the 15 minute parking, they had some homeless people doing drugs out in the open, not the hotels fault directly but maybe better security measures need to be taken to help minimize them hanging out there so much."

"The room was clean and there was plenty of parking available. The location was very close to downtown San Jose and SJSU. Also, several fast food restaurants on the block and across the street. This was an afforable and convenient location to stay for the SJSU commencement."

"The only problem that we had was the pool area. There were guests that paid to stay there and other people invited their friends in there was this one party that had a room joined to the pool. It was her four kods then thete was three more adults that came out to the pool and three more kids that came out to the pool. This made it very uncomfortable for everybody because there was so much noise and so many kids that were not supposed to be on the property that we’re not staying at the hotel I...

"The room was bigger than usual, has the jacuzzi, carpets in the hallway and room are very clean. No odors of cigarettes in the whole facility. Bathroom was very clean and fairly new. The pressure from the shower could be better, the water from the sink could flow faster. Air conditioner was working very well and not loud, the best treat was the control was on the wall. A lot of choices for breakfast but typical quality from hotels that offer them, no gourmet food. I wished the parking was free...

"I use this Motel off and on for about two months. It is always clean and the cleaning staff changes out towels and will make your bed daily if you ask them. And the rooms are cheaper through Expedia."

"The property is old and it's obvious. That said, it well located and comfortable/clean. The best part about De Anza is 100% the staff. The front desk folks were more than helpful and accommodating - even upgrading us at no charge because we added a person to our reservation and there was only one option with two beds left (the suite). Kudos to the staff -- they were amazing!"
