"This was my second time reserving this hotel with hotels.com. The stay was horrible. First the reservation was not found. Secondly, I got a breakfast buffet rate, but the hotel refused to offer breakfast. The toilet did not flush. The room was horrible. The staff wasn't very helpful. "The property is in a great location, removed from the busy, noisy main roads, but still close enough to restaurants and shopping. The cleaners do a good job keeping the property clean and all appliances and equipment work well. The living spaces are modern, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. They offer excellent quality WiFi free. The best part about my stay was the attentiveness of the concierge, La Douce. She communicated very well and did everything to make sure the stay went smoothly....
