Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
Housekeeping service is poor. We had to wait for few hours just to be given towels. However staff are still friendly. Room has a great view but noticed some dust on tables. And bathroom soaps aren’t filled properly. We were given a bottle of empty hair conditioner.

We were pressured to upgrade our room upon check-in. The room was spacious and we had a great view of both falls, but the hotel was in disarray. The front desk and restaurant staff went above and beyond. The pool was very clorinated andnitnwould sting your eyes to be in thebpool or hot tub for more than a few mins.
