The staff were all very welcoming. We love the proximity to Clifton Hill and that you get to walk the Falls from end to end. I did do cleaning in the bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the family room with two bedrooms. This allowed my kids to go to bed in the other room and we could stay up much later. We loved the balcony and it was an easy walk to the Fallsview Waterpark. The free parking was good and they allowed us to park even after checkout as we explored the area. The only feedback was that the breakfast had limited gluten free options. It would have been nice if there were bananas/fruit or yogurt. Overall, for the price and location, we enjoyed the hotel. Certain floors are under construction but it didn't affect our stay. The majority of the hotel needs some renovations but this didn't bother us.

So we have stayed here before and have upgraded the rooms which was a pleasant surprise. The housekeeping was good and they kept the rooms clean and supplied. Being February during the week the hotel was less crowded which made parking easy but also had some disadvantages. The hot water wasn't immediate and we had to wait for it to warm up but after it warmed it stayed hot. The other minor problem was that the breakfast while good didn't have the options they have during weekends and busier times. Would we stay here again? Yes, it's a nice place and within walking distance of the falls, casinos, Clifton Hill and many restaurants but may just need to pick a better time.

Nice location, close to Clifton hill. Renovations were happening when we were there so the property was not in the best shape. Breakfast could be better, was the same, plain omelet, meat patty, breads, bagels, cereals etc. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the balcony facing the interior of the hotel. Would stay again.

Room was clean but well used and outdated. When you shut the bathroom door the light cover moves and makes a loud noise which at first scared my daughter. Staff was very friendly, pool was nice but cold, was looking forward to the hot tub buts it’s gone 😔. Great hotel for families. The family suite is very accommodating.

A bad experience. I rented two rooms through Expedia, but when I arrived at night they only gave me one room, and it was in very bad condition, extremely hot inside. I told them I had two rooms reserved, showed them the reservation, and they didn't give it to me until the next day. It smelled bad, everything was dirty, they don't change the sheets or clean properly. Many areas were dirty, even the chair in the study.

We were very disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel. Although the location is convenient and the free parking is a plus, the overall experience fell far below expectations. Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator was not working. Our room was on the third floor, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel also appears to be under construction, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. When we reached our floor, there were multiple bags of dirty linen being stored in the hallway, creating an unpleasant and unprofessional first impression. In addition, there were noticeable stains all over the carpets — both in the hallways and in our room — which made the property feel poorly maintained. The room itself was also disappointing. The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was not working properly. Due to these issues, we decided to cut our stay short and left after the first night, even though we had originally booked two nights. The breakfast buffet was very limited — there was no fruit or pastries available, which was unexpected and disappointing. While the hotel has potential because of its good location and free parking, our experience was not a positive one, and unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here.
