Location was great. Wifi didn’t work well, the room was okay, but the bathroom has holes on the walls and tub looked quite rundown and dirty.

First of all I was late for check in and they waited for me. Really appreciate that. What I didn’t like I got a smoke room and it makes me feel nauseous when I smell cigarettes. I did not complain about it. Peaceful and quiet place. More on the cheaper side. Worth the price when you are away from home for a night or two.

Smelly blanket. It's an old motel, so of course not much expected but it's too costly and the rooms are smelly and damp. Washroom does not have exhaust.

The room was decent for the time being just note that once you book the room, they do charge $200 safety deposit fee for the room so be prepared for that and as for the room, it was clean for the bed part there was a stain like somebody spilled something when we just got into the room and it was dried. The room was not dusty at all just smells of cigarette smoking into the vents when you would turn on the AC or the heat and if you were in the bathroom, you would smell a little bit of cigarette other than that. It was a nice room and the bed was super comfortable.

Nothing about this place was good the photos online were misleading and false advertisement the wifi doesn’t work and neither did the tv only reason I stayed the night was due to what I paid being non refundable this place should be inspected and shut down

No hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothes or towels. Was only provided 2 bath towels and 1 small hand towel. There was no soap or shampoo when we checked in... had to ask for it at front desk. The only plus was the fridge and microwave. No complementary coffee or kettle to boil water. The entire room just felt very sparse and the aircon was noisy. The pillows were also too plump...my neck hurt. Overall, it felt like a $50 room, but we paid double so I expected better

Room was dirty can see dirt on floor, spiders on walls, paint pealing off walls, no vent in bathroom just fan, smelled so bad and moldy hand to spray hand sanitizer all over the bed and room to make it bearable, would not recomend this to anyone very expensive for the quality of the room

July 17-20th 2026: The room was very dirty upon arrival. The walls, floors, Chair and bathroom NASTY! TV Remote didn’t work. But at least the Air Conditioner was working and Wifi was running ok at Niagara Courtside Inn. But BEWARE: there was an “unexpected fee” when checking in an $100 security deposit despite I already paid for the single room for three nights; a month in advance back in June. I’ve been to other hotels in the Niagara Falls-OLG Stage Casino Area, I’ve never had to paid a security deposit. If that was the case, I would’ve go to a better hotel at that point or go to the same hotel what I went previously before. But this will be my first and last time I booked this hotel. Will never go back again.

El airw acondicionado de la habitación no servía, me toco solicitar el cambio de habitación, la estructura del edificio esta oxidada apreciada y mala pintura, los tomas de corriente para conectar los celulares tenían los orificios quemados y agrandados por lo tanto no hacía buen contacto para cargar, la cortina de baño manchada mal lavada y la Tina de baño ni hablar, la decoración de la habitación contaba con un sofá donde la tela ya estaba desgastada y una lámpara forrada en tela toda rota, la puerta de entrada la madera podrida rajada y la puerta mal pintada, tienen un letrero de no fumar no vape y no marihuana a 9 metros de las instalaciones y todo el que fumaba marihuna lonhacia en el pasillo y todo el olor entra alas habitacilnes los pisos agretiados y con huecos...

The lady there is very nice, helpful! Great for a quiet area! About 15-20 min walk to clifton hill! But it was a great spot to spend our vacation

What truly seperates this property from other hotels in the area is HOW DIRTY THIS HOTEL IS. Absolutely disgusting. Bugs, mold in the shower, bugs, did i say bugs. It was so dirty i showered just before check out.
