"Requests for housekeeping were ignored despite promises..told to put used dirty towels in the hallway and weren't picked up until the next day. Shower was dirty. Hole in shower curtain"

"Seneca Allegany was such a nice resort! We were thrilled with the beautiful building and decor. The concert ended up being canceled due to the weather, but we had a fun time anyway."

"Meticulously clean, accommodating staff, breakfast was packaged omelettes French toast and pancakes. No orange juice which I thought was wierd. Why’d I give it a 3. The room was disturbingly noisy. 2:13 dog bark 0637 door slam, 0652 door slam 0713 dog bark 0722 door slam. Needless to say I didn’t sleep well. I was on the 1st floor so I don’t know if that was the issue."

"The location is fantastic, and the shuttle service to the airport is a great convenience. However, my room was located near the staircase, which caused me to wake up several times at night due to the noise of people coming in and out."

"Upon checking in the front desk clerk neither greeted me nor seemed like she was in the right position to be working the front desk. She appeared completely unhappy to be there which was not a good first impression. My room smelled of smoke and the door was hard to open and swept along the carpet and was stuck open where you had to force it closed every single time. The pool was closed for most of my stay and the breakfast was not very good at all. Definitely looking for another lace next time...
