Unfortunately, with indepedently owned businesses, when you hire family or within your closed circle, customer service gets left by the wayside and that leaves a poor impression. This was the case with our recent stay.

Sheraton Fallsview Hotel
This is a great location hotel but you have to pay for the view. Overall it is worth it.

Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
Housekeeping service is poor. We had to wait for few hours just to be given towels. However staff are still friendly. Room has a great view but noticed some dust on tables. And bathroom soaps aren’t filled properly. We were given a bottle of empty hair conditioner.
