For the price didn’t get much perks by booking through Expedia may reconsider booking directly through the hotel going forward. Vouchers really help and we didn’t get any. Otherwise hotel was clean and comfortable.

HVAC did not work. Woke up sweating. When someone above us flushed a toilet, it sounded like a construction crew was jackhammering in the walls for about 20 seconds all throughout the night. Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
Housekeeping service is poor. We had to wait for few hours just to be given towels. However staff are still friendly. Room has a great view but noticed some dust on tables. And bathroom soaps aren’t filled properly. We were given a bottle of empty hair conditioner.
