Medium size room with zero view unfortunately facing a brick wall, but i am glad it was only tor one night, free parking was a bonus, didn't bother with the breakfast since there was no cooked food available ! Not a great fan of cakes and other forms of sugar pastery like croissant, jam and many other forms for my breakfast , quite away from beach, room was basic, having a car was and is essential due to its approximity from everything !!medium standard, 7 out 10

We really struggled during our stay at this property due to several issues with the room and amenities. There was nothing provided in the room—no safe and no mini-fridge. Although having a garden view was lovely, the garden itself was very poorly maintained. We also had an ongoing issue with ants crawling around the room every day; even though the staff cleaned the room, the ants kept coming back, and there were spiderwebs in every corner. Essentials like towels and soap were missing, and there was no hairdryer in the room, though we were able to get one for free upon request. However, timing is crucial because there is no one around on weekends, and during the week, staff is only available during specific hours, making it quite difficult to get assistance. On the positive side, the property felt very safe, it has a great location up on the hill, and the parking was convenient.

Property was way away from the city NICE. Staff are extremely unfriendly and not available even during their working hours. Staff doesn’t speak English apart from 1 individual who seems to be a manager No transport available after 10 to the hotel UBER,BOLT charge high prices

Hotel not par with other units from the same chain. Too dirty, bathroom was specially nasty. This unit looks like an old ibis that was not updated, and only some fresh paint was applied to give it some facelift. Toilet fixtures broken, shower tubing rusty, shower floor terrible.

Damp in room unable to stay

Room had mold and due to allergies exasperated by the mold could not stay more than 1 night which had to be spent on the balcony. Contacted hotel who denied any mold, so replied with pictures of damp in room along with other issues to try and get refund of unused nights. Hotel did not respond further despite 3 weeks of trying to contact and will not answer phone.

First of all, no staff during check in. Need to use the automachine but my booking also not recognized. Second, the reservation mention it was already paid by gift card but the owner of the hotel just don't accpet this kind of payment from Hotels.com and need to pay all the fee to finish the check-in for booking. Some facility in the room was broken and not fixed. The wall has al hole and also some hole on the roof in the bath room. Very bed experience in this B&B hotel compare to other B&B hotels in other places as in Nice and others.

I booked and paid a room for 3 nights as I have a car to travel around Nice area. I specifically messaged them that I would come in a little late because the time of my flight. I came in around 10 PM. There was no one at the front desk. The hotel had a machine for you to check-in. That was fine. I typed in my reservation and it showed up. That was fine. But it asked me for my credit card and charged it for the 3 night-stay. It was late so I thought that I didn't pay with Expedia, just a reservation. I only found out that I already paid with Expedia and the hotel double charged me when I checked in to the same type of hotel in a different city and the check-in procedure was different. This annoyed me so much. I had to chat with an Expedia agent and explained everything to them. They couldn't contact the hotel either. The agent promised me to contact me back about the double charging. However, I would to review that this was a problem on the hotel side about their check-in procedure that 1) looked confusing, 2) unhelpful and unwelcoming, 3) caused troubles than assisting, and 4) if you needed some help, a machine would not serve as a human replacement. In addition, the whole 3 nights I stayed there, the housekeeper would come and knock on your door around 10 to 11 everyday. I am a late riser and I didn't appreciate this kind of treatment at all.

Chambre 29, rdc. Nécessiterait une rénovation. Elle sent l'humidité (voire la moisisssure). Salle de bain avec configuration et sol des années 90. Sinon la douche fonctionne très bien. Le lit est très ferme (ne conviendra pas à tout le monde). Les lumières sont aussi d'époque (où internet n'existait pas vraiment). Le rideau occultant ne vaut pas un bon volet pour avoir le noir complet. Et être au rdc en face de 2 places de parking génère du bruit le matin ou le soir selon les clients indélicats. Dommage que cette chambre soit assez médiocre car le service est bon.

Pas de personnel compte tenu de mon arrivée tardive et pas plus d'interaction au check out car personne en réception, à la place une borne à check in assez surprenant la première fois. Le ménage de la douche laissait grandement à désirer. Climatisation inefficace, serviettes de bain de 60X40 pas très pratique pour se sécher, le lit est un matelas sur une planche en bois. En revanche le point positif est la personne qui m'a répondu à l'interphone pour m'expliquer le fonctionnement de la borne à check in qui a été très aimable. Le verdict: je ne voulais plus aller dans les hotels de cette chaine, j'ai quand même retenté, une chose est sure plus jamais.

inadmissible! hôtel en travaux, petit déjeuner version xs, cuvette des WC pas fixée, tête de lit écartée, radiateur à moitié fixé, et le pompon le clim pourtant présente sur le site et qui permet de facturer supérieurement absente de la chambre ce n'est pas qu'elle était en panne elle était totalement absente!!! le montant facturé est abusé au regard de ce we un remboursement partiel me semblerait légitime
