Great for getting to/ from the train and hotel. Loved that they held our bags for us before check in, and a great welcome box for our young son. We only stayed one night, but will consider this hotel for a longer stay based on the kids amenities and location.

Fantastic staff, very accommodating. Great shuttle service. Very close to a shopping-mall with lots of dining options and the beach is right there too. HOWEVER: swimming pool area infested with mosquitoes! We were there only ten minutes and were bitten everywhere, even on our faces. This is a great economic hotel otherwise.

The room were very cleaned expecially when the tall dark male(cant remember his name), he cleaned to perfection and help arranged our things neatly. He deserves a reward. Some staffs were very nice but others were terrible and rude. The lady that picked us up at the airport was very rude and unhelpful. She was on the phone when we got the vehicle and still on it for about 5min after we loaded our luggages in it.Dont expect them to help with your luggages. She started checking us in and later told the other lady to check us in as she cant deal with us since we don't speak French, then she walked off without no apology. She was rude. When we booked it didn't say we have to pay for breakfast for 16years only for us to get to the hotel and we were charged for breakfast for 16year old child. It should have been added when we mentioned 2 adults and a child age 16 in the booking. The breakfast staffs were very nice and helpful.

We have stayed here a few times and it just gets better. So handy for the airport and has free and secure parking. Right at the entrance to the superb Cap 3000 Shopping Mall and also close to the coast. The hotel has been recently refurbished and the rooms are better and the restaurant is very nice looking over the garden and the pool. The breakfast is really worth it and there loads of options.

A great hotel

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for our needs—on one side, we had the CAP 3000 mall, and on the other, a beautiful sandy beach. The free airport shuttle was a great perk and only took about 10 minutes. The pool was spacious, with warm, crystal-clear water. The restaurant food was decent, though not exceptional, and the staff seemed a bit stretched. I was traveling with my mom and daughter, and we were given a room with a double bed and a pull-out sofa, which turned out to be very comfortable. I slept really well. Overall, a great stay!

We keep coming back.

Each hotel room now has small angular metal tables that replace the more practical wooden furniture of before. Shower size and design is more accessible than before. We find the duvet bed covers are too small and hot, so we request sheets and a blanket like Novotel had before. However, sheet sizes (liked many hotels) are not adequate to fully cover the mattress and bedsides. The optional breakfast is huge but expensive. Lighter and cheaper options are across the street in the impressive shopping center. The main advantage of Novotel is its free airport shuttle and location near a scenic beach promenade with dozens of restaurants. We keep coming back.

Facilities are excellent for family entertaining and nice food. Some of the staff could improve upon what seems to be annoyance with non-French speaking patrons.

Great all around

Great service, super helpful for any need. Also got us shuttle to airport which was included and we didn’t know about. Also it’s near beach, mall & food places.

Good location with nearby train station and close to the sea front promenade. Comfortable sound proof rooms. Also convenient to have separate bathroom and toilet facility. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Terrific location and easy access to NCE airport. About a 12-minute walk from Terminal 2.. or a 15-EU UBER ride. Easy parking in secured lot, and friendly front desk staff. Great option if you have an EARLY morning flight out of NCE...

2 night stop over in Nice. Great hotel location just a walk away from the shopping mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, with water fountains to top up bottles in the room. Fridge in room was a extra. Staff were happy to warm my daughter's food we brought with us on the first night as she has an allergy. Free shuttle to and from airport and to la Gare St Laurent du Var. Reception happy for us to call for pick up whenever we were ready.
