Note that this hotel is attached to a hospitality school. The staff were all young and in experienced. It seems like this hotel is a training opertunity for the young staff. If you need to catch a flight stay here for a night. Its clean. Just know what your getting.

Stayed here for one night mainly for it's convenient location to the airport, but turned out to be one of my favourite hotels I've ever stayed in. The receptionists and service staff were very kind, helpful and professional. You can relax knowing OKKO has everything you need from dining/bar options, gym/sauna, communal and resting spaces, and the room itself was a dream. Would highly recommend!

the towel had dried dirt on it and the pillows were too soft so had to ask for more. The aperitifs however was a wonderful idea especially for late check ins. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Quiet, clean, and pleasant. Great value and location to Nice Airport. I was able to walk to terminal 1 at 5am and felt safe.

If you have at least medium or heavy luggage, there’s no way that you could take them up cuz there’s no ramp or at least elevator from the street level, it’s only stairs of about 15 to 20 and there’s no staff to help carry your luggage to the elevator level. Elevator starts on the second level. Leaving the hotel will be another problem taking your stuff from the 2nd level.

Very different hotel!
The hotel seems to be in an former office building so the layout is different. There is really no lobby which was concerning to me while waiting for a taxi or the shuttle in the morning, there is no-one around. The lobby IS on the 8th floor and it's really lovely. Free coffee, juice and snacks are available 24 hours a day which was great for an early morning flight. Hotel is modern and clean, the bed and bedding were amazing! I would stay here again for sure.

Highly recommend, Airport Proximity a plus
The room was immaculately clean, the hotel staff were very friendly and even allowed me a free early check in. The proximity to the airport saved me from myself when I missed my alarm (7 minute walk to Nice terminal 1). And the hotel bar / club were enjoyable with a nice breakfast in the morning. Would definately recommend to other and likely will stay again

Our room was exceptionally clean. So close to the airport (but we weren't bothered by planes taking off) and in a great spot to take public transit into Old Nice. We loved the layout and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Okko for one night prior to our flight. The room was a nightmare- the air conditioning did not work in summer. We reported the issue since it was impossible to stay in that room. The front desk person who came by told us that there’s not much she could do and we can talk to the manager in the morning. A non functioning room was given to us. We tried to get another hotel but nearby hotels at 10 pm were booked out. The following morning, the front desk receptionist said that the hotel was booked so there’s not much they could offer and if we had tried using the thermostat properly. Quite dismissive. The tissue box in the room was also empty and overall, quite a terrible experience. I’m sad we had to end our trip with such a horrible time and wasted our money. Never again.

Convenient Hotel for airport, odd to have reception on 8th floor. Very friendly staff with clean, well equipped size room. Very easy access to T1 (walking) and T2 using the tram. I would definitely use it again.

Needed a quick place to stay overnight near the Nice, FR airport. OKKO Nice, FR provided just that. I arrived after an international flight shortly after 11 pm and all I wanted was a comfy bed to sleep in. OKKO delivered. In fact they delivered so well that I slept until 3 minutes before check out. As a result I can't share about the breakfast. I really appreciated how close to the tram they are. I wouldn't hesitate to stay her again.

The perfect hotel if you’re using the Nice airpor!
There is nothing to not like about this hotel! It’s location is fantastic! A couple minutes walk to both a train station and a tram line. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and nicely decorated.

Would highly recommend staying at OKKO. After a week of interesting bed and breakfast stays, I’m glad I ended my trip at OKKO. Despite being minutes from transit you can’t hear the traffic or trains, the amenities are great (gym and sauna) and the lounge is quiet and chic. The staff was great from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean and despite it being small, was well designed.
