"The staff is friendly and check in was easy. The renovated rooms are nice and I felt like they were clean. There was some wear and tear on some of the furniture. There was a coffee maker but no water to use in it. No vending machines on the floors to buy water. The breakfast however was awful. No juices, sausage was totally out. There were biscuits but no butter. Potatoes were not good. There was some kids yogurt and some cereal.. A gallon of milk. Needless to say, we didn't eat it and...

"The property is a bit dated and run down. But it’s fair priced, clean, the staff are kind enough, and the breakfast is actually one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. It was comfy. "

"We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. "We arrived Saturday AM to Rockford for a soccer tournament and our morning game was canceled at the last minute. Maria was amazing and let us check in early rather than make us wait until 3pm. It was a life saver!"
