"Fantastic location and clean hotel. Really enjoyed our stay but didn’t spend too much time in the hotel. The service is polite and the rooms are very functional. It is a little dated but still very clean and with everything you need. There was some building work taking place but we didn’t really notice any noise or disruption. Overall a great place to explore Matsumoto. We booked room only so didn’t try the breakfast."

The property is tucked up in the mountains, and it was magical to gaze at the magnificent view while soaking in the rotemburo (outdoor bath). "Amazing onsen! I booked a room with a private open air onsen for end of March 2024 and was blown away at how nice my room and the entire hotel was. The facility was impeccable, food was good, staff was super nice and my room was so great. I was only there two nights and regret not staying longer. I will definitely come back to this onsen. Also, the surrounding was snowy and it snowed the second night, loved it! It felt great to relax outdoors in the warm water! Thank for Onsen staff for such a great experience. "
