"This is an additional review to the first. To those of you thinking that it’s a good location, forget it. Yes, it’s scenic forest with a lot of vegetation. But it’s too secluded. Theres absolutely nothing you can walk to. You have to taxi everywhere. To give you a picture, it’s like 10-13 mile to the Tobu line and a little more to the JR Station. "excellent service, great location, great food"

"Historic hotel in good location"

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service was exceptional and the facilities exceeded all extractions. The room had a stunning view over the river and was beautifully equipped. The evening meal on both nights we stayed was the most wonderful and delicious food. I couldn’t recommend this hotel and its restaurant more."

"Fantastic hotel with fantastic service! Our room with the semi-open air barh was wonderful, and the private onsen was lovely. The food was spectacular! We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!"

"Lovely accommodation with lots a space. 15 min walk to bus and station"

"Words can’t capture how stunning this property is. The care and attention to detail shine through in every corner, and the staff’s genuine hospitality made the experience even more special. I loved my stay and can’t wait to return!"

"It was lovely"
