"I called a month ahead to plan my trip. I was coming with a large uhaul and trailer and asked if there would be a space I could park and plug in. I was told over the phone absolutely there is a place to park and plug in. We arrive at 7 pm at night and the hotel is not at all what was explained over the phone. "Room itself was not bad! Bed and bedding was comfortable. Bathroom door right across from bed with frosted glass door woke everyone when light turned on. No room service during 4 day/3 night stay despite signage saying every 2 days. Trash by elevator ignored for over 24 hours. Employee upon check-in trashing company, new computer system, hotel, other rooms occupied when new guests went to room. Ice bucket lid upon check in, no ice bucket, no coffee pods in room at check in, no extra...

"Good breakfast"

"Toliet was filthy when we arrived with pee and hairs on top and poop and rust stains in the bowl and the beds look unmade with a blanket just thrown over the bed. Also saw roaches. Asked for our money back and said it will be refunded to Expedia. Front desk was very helpful and did give us a new room but the second rooms bathroom was also bad. But when we saw the roaches we were out of there."

"We got there close to midnight after driving for 15+ hours and just wanted to get some sleep. Unfortunately, when we got into the room, the toilet was aleady clogged. The gal at the front desk was helpful and got us into a new room right away but neither room was as clean as we were hoping for. The shower just had a pain of glass (without a door) so water ran all over the floor when we took a shower. When we were soaking up the water on the floor, we noticed that the floor was pretty dirty...

"I stayed for a weeekend, Fri-Sunday. The evening staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. The daytime staff was efficient, not as friendly, but still courteous. The room was comfortable and well presenting, but the shower tiles were a bit gross which made me feel uncertain about the other spaces. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was typical for a continental breakfast. If I had a choice, I wouldn’t stay again unless I knew for sure they did something sbout the bathroom...

"Check in was super easy. I was able to check in early which was great because we made good travel time. The room was very large. Way more space than I have had in other hotel rooms with a pull out and two queen/ full beds. The wall paper was at the beginning stages of coming off in many places, the toilet paper holder fell out of the wall and there was a man’s dirty sock found between the bed and the wall ( there were no men in our room). "Stayed in the Royal Suite with my friend and it was a perfect getaway. We both had our private suite bedroom with bathroom, a common living room and kitchen. There was a nice pool and courtyard, the staff was awesome, and I would definitely stay again."

"This place was amazing. The staff were so wonderful and the customer service top notch. The room was clean and amenities so needed. I would recommend this place for anyone, whether you travel with family or alone."
