Ninth Ward hotel guide. La Quinta Inn & Suites hotel in Ninth Ward, New Orleans

Had a 2 night stay here and i cannot fault the hotel at all. The rooms was very clean throughout and the staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The location is very good for anyone wanting to visit the French Quarter and surrounding areas.

We chose this hotel to be near to Katy Mills Mall. Could not fault this hotel. Would definitely visit again if in the area

Great hotel, clean, friendly helpful staff.bus stop outside no. 62 gets u to top if canal st 3dollars for an all day pass which u can use on trams as well,35min trip thru local areas. Taxi to and fro 32-63 dollars

Clean room, great value

Seems like built as a prison Very cell like ...rooms dark

Had a comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Spacious clean room. The gym and pool were out of order during my week's stay. Would have liked to use the pool. Good buffet breakfast but not enough variety for me though. I stayed without a car but found it easy to getbin and out of central New Orleans via public transport, bus stop is 5 minutes walk.

Oasis of calm in the bustling centre of new Orleans

We had suite 102 - which despite fronting the street was no issue with noise. Great room, friendly staff, fantastic location. Parking just 1 block up the street ($24 for 24 hours) and although pool is small it's great to cool off in and unlike the holiday inn best door - not full of screaming kids! Great!

Perfect downtown location in the middle of the action!

A great hotel about 10/15 mins walk from the main streets. We felt it was a really safe area with good transport links. Bus stop to airport was 5 min walk away. You enter at street level and use an elevator to go to 11th floor where reception is. Great breakfast each morning, did get a little busy at weekend. Room was large, clean and provided everything we needed.

Great location and quiet rooms
