"The hotel is really cute, full of character, and very clean. You can tell it has a lot of history, which adds to the charm.
However, there are a couple of important things to keep in mind. If you are assigned a room on the third floor, be aware that the elevator only goes up to the second floor. You will need to carry your luggage up an additional flight of stairs, which was not convenient at all.
Also, the parking situation is a serious concern. The lot in front of the hotel does not feel safe—my car was broken into during my stay. On top of that, the police response was extremely slow. They didn’t come to take a report and only called me about six hours later to take a statement over the phone.
So overall, while the hotel itself is charming and clean, the lack of elevator access to all floors and the unsafe parking situation are major downsides."
