"This is a self check in/check out so there is no staff or room service. The room itself is amazing and spacious. The bathroom is just as great! The beds were super comfortable! One of my favorite hotels! I will definitely be back. But keep in mind there is no elevator so I got lucky being on the second floor but if you have the third then you have to carry your luggage all the way up there. "

Even though it is located in downtown Kyoto it has a very tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. It is quiet in the room which is good when you want to sleep. Breakfast is great and the lounge is nice. It is a good place where you can relax in the evenings. "
