"There is nothing I did not like about the property. What I did like was the friendly service at the lounge, and the fact that they had 200 whiskeys that I could sample from, although I only had one. The room was clean and quiet although I probably unplugged the mini fridge but that’s just the way I am. Breakfast was about what you’d expect. Thanks for the waffle, but no biscuits and gravy."

"My first room was already occupied, so I generously upgraded to another room. Remote control for the TV was gone, hot tub was out of order, 1 of the 2 ice machines was working and breakfast was sub par at best. For being a hotel by Wyndham was, in my opinion, embarrassing and they should do a complete overall. The only thing going for me was that I wasn't there all that much, except to get some sleep and a shower. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The trash was never taken out unless we asked for it to be taken out. The beds were not changed or made, and the towels were not replaced. Toilet paper ran out and no extra.night's in room didn't work. Additionally, the pool was not functional. Really awful experience."

"The staff was wonderful for our 7 day trip! Breakfast was delicious and clean each morning. The only issue we had was the ice machine out of order a few days but there was a baseball tournament that weekend with lots of players staying at the hotel. Didn't bother us. We still enjoyed our trip!"

"Room was clean and beds were ok. Room door to the hallway had a vertical gap and lots of light/noise from the hallway could be heard if present. Pool heater was out, water was very cold. Hot tub pump was out so no bubbles. Breakfast was edible but not very good. Staff only handled requests if you were standing at the front desk. Phone calls would be looked at but never happened."
