"The day we decided to use the indoor pool it was not heated and the water was cold. The eggs were cold most days. The room had a kitchen but no place to sit and eat."

The layout was easy to navigate and the rooms were set up well. Great water pressure for my thick haired girlies (and guys)and it got HOT for those who like to boil! "Staff was very friendly and helpful. When you walk in the lobby. It smell so good. The front desk staff was so friendly. We ate breakfast. The employee that was taking care of that area. I could not say enough on her helpful attitude and contagious smile. She was on point stocking items. Helping with waffle iron. One of the best places I have stayed at. All because of staff and clean hotel"

"Arrived early, even earlier than an “early” check in time would be, and multiple staff members went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure a smooth process. GM (Brendan?) was excellent and attentive. The Room was clean, bed was super comfortableI and considering there’s like 3 pubs/restaurants attached to the building it was quiet and relaxing. It’s an older building that’s been renovated and has a boutique feel to it. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay here again… which I am for Move in...
