"Arrived early, even earlier than an “early” check in time would be, and multiple staff members went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure a smooth process. GM (Brendan?) was excellent and attentive. The Room was clean, bed was super comfortableI and considering there’s like 3 pubs/restaurants attached to the building it was quiet and relaxing. It’s an older building that’s been renovated and has a boutique feel to it. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay here again… which I am for Move in...

"We have stayed here before and the location and value is the general attraction to this property. The bed in our room was completely unacceptable since the mattress slanted from right to left with at least a 4 inch height difference from side to side. We didn't notice this until 11:30 PM when we were done for the day so I wasn't going to call the hotel manager to be moved to a new room at that time of night. I needed to use a pillow along the edge of the bed so I wouldn't fall out. It was...
