"The hotel was clean enough but lots of garbage laying around the outside of the property that took more than a day to clean up. We stayed 3 nights and asked a room attendant who was right outside our door to please just empty the garbage, nothing else needed done and she said ok. We came back that night and she didn’t empty them- I don’t think anyone came into the room and of the 3 days we were there. "It was nice staying in a new, modern hotel. It was hip, bright and well designed. Breakfast selections were above average and the staff was very attentive. The area was well over due for a hotel this size and was perfectly located for our equestrian event we attended."
