"The elevator is horrible. They need to let people go to the driver floor. They’re going to. It’s a mess. The system is not good and people rig it. They get on and off the elevator. It’s a mess. There’s large crowds and a lot of traffic and it’s very dangerous during emergency situation. It will be worse. They need to fix the exits and entrances. It’s hazardous."

"The hotel is close to the main strip. The only thing I can suggest is maintaining the rooms a bit. The sofa was rough and looks worn down. It felt a bit old."

"Very friendly staff. Our third time staying here within the last 15 years. Hotel could use a little scrubbing and paint in rooms but it is an older hotel so expected. Over all we have no major complaints except that the housekeeping forgot to fill shower soap and shampoo and the bottles do not come off the wall to pour liquids out! Minor inconvenience. Great views from rooms, Lulu's is great, Hotel has a working deal with surf shop downstairs so we got boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs etc which was a great amenity. ABC store on site. Good restaurants close by in all directions, even in the alley behind hotel, along with the beach almost at your door step! Not one of the big boy hotels but still a great place."
