"The only thing good about this hotel is the staff. Mommo (sp) was wonderful and helpful. But the rooms are old, and the ones that may have been renovated needed more work. I looked at 3 rooms, chose one I thought was fine but after settling in I looked up to see the vent was covered in mold! I changed rooms again and the shower was moldy. The toilet paper holder and soap dispenser were like those in public restrooms. Despite promises that the reception would be staffed until 7 or 9pm, there was...

"The only redeeming fact about this hotel is that it’s on the water and the view is beautiful but other than that, it’s not a good place and I would not recommend it. The room smells and everything is outdated and the whole layout and concept is so weird. I’ve never been at a hotel that was so awkwardly designed. It’s terrible. The energy is weird and it was not a great stay for the week. I was there for work… the food is not great there and there’s not many options and it’s not super close to...

"Was upgraded to a newly refurbished partial port view room. Staff were efficient but not very warm had to ask for a printed map. Buffet breakfast was expensive better value to head to lovely square the road behind the hotel which offered lots of options.
Hotel was a very convenient location and would stay there again. "

"What a fun and fabulous hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and bilingual, which was wonderful since my Spanish is a bit rusty. The location makes it easy to access all the sites in the historical part of the city. The old buildings and tunnels to access various parts of the hotel were stunning. The room was comfortable and updated with a spa shower. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sevilla."
