"We had a few issues with the room- no hot water in the morning, unable to turn off one of bedside lights other than by taking out the bulb, faulty coffee machine. However what was much more important to us was the prompt and efficient way in which the manager dealt with our problems. Five stars for that!"

Oliver and Sophie had solutions to every question or need. Iryna and Tina were some of the best waitstaff for dinner and tea service. The spa was a lovely oasis and garden of eden boxed up together. "We rented a house attached to the resort and it was fabulous. It slept 9 and the rooms all had bathrooms attached. Kitchen, laundry, living room and a small backyard for the toddler. We had full access to the hotel's facilities and used the pool a lot. It was great. No complaints . The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I would book this again and not hesitate "
