"I had a wonderful experience with Onyado Nono Namba, even after my stay. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, the food was great, and the location was perfect. My son accidentally left his stuffed bear, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. They quickly found it, kept me updated, and arranged international shipping back to the U.S. We have now received it safely, and my son Logan is very happy. Special thanks to Fujiwara, Iwasaki, and Gurung, as well as the team behind the scenes, for making this possible. Your kindness and professionalism truly meant a lot to our family.
