"I stayed at Citybox Tallinn City Center, it’s about 5 km from the airport or 7€ via uber. They don’t have checking desk is all with a kiosk but if you need help they have staff. It’s about 15 minutes walk or less from the old town 5 minutes walk from fancy malls and restaurants and about 10 minutes walk from a regular mall. I stayed in a single room quiet no tv.
