The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, you can walk to so many places and I felt very safe. The beach water was nice but the ground was mucky and had seaweed. We needed to use tubes. The pool and beach chair situation was good. I thought the price to rent palapas and gazebos was reasonable, but we never did. We could always find chairs with umbrellas around 7:30. The food was good. We especially liked Sea Breeze. For the price I wish the kids club was nicer and the rooms were nicer. Our AC stopped a few times because of a tripped breaker. Our shower constantly leaked water onto the bathroom floor. The 2 bed setup was double beds which was pretty tight for a family of 4. We stayed in the Sea Tower facing into the resort. Our room was decently quiet. But I heard that was not the case for our neighbors across the hall that faced off property. Our side had beautiful sunset views.
