"My family enjoyed this location. While a bit out of city center, it was quieter and less crowded, and beautiful. The two tram lines right by the hotel could quickly take us either to central station or more leisurely path to the museum area. The neighborhood has nice restaurants, and a beautiful canal for evening walks, playgrounds nearby, as well as several convenient supermarkets and stores."

"We only had two days in Amsterdam before traveling on. We found that staying at the Sheraton at the airport was great. We could catch a bus right outside the entrance to the hotel and it would take us directly to the museum District of Amsterdam. We would do it again."
