We found two cockroaches in our room. One between the desk and bed on our first night, another in the bathroom the next morning. The pull out sofa "cover" (there was no sheet on it)was dirty and had debris on it.

Great location right at the end of the boardwalk. Plenty of parking and never felt unsafe. Rooms are decent for the age of the hotel.
