"Expedia website says this place is dog friendly. I arrived at 11pm and found out from front desk that the parent hotel is pet friendly however the Holiday inn was not. Luckily the staff was able to make this work, however there was a second there after 10 hours of driving that it seemed like my non-refundable hotel room suddenly became useless because Expedia and the hotel information differ."

"I stayed at this hotel for five of the six nights I had booked and ultimately chose to check out a day early. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent during my stay. In five nights, my room was only serviced once. On one occasion, housekeeping knocked while I was working in my room and simply stated, "I guess you don't want room service," without asking. The only thing I received that day was a roll of toilet paper that I requested. The one day my room was serviced while I was away, I returned...
