"The staff was polite and helpful. The only problem we had was our shower was broken amd it sprayed water all over the bathroom. Called the front desk they sent someone up within 10 minutes and it was fixed within 30 minutes."

"The front desk person on our today (8/30) wasn’t very helpful I felt she was showing favoritism. We were told to call in 8am for a late checkout. Call her at 8:05 am and was told all the late checkouts were gone. Very unacceptable and not very professional."

"Everything outside of the rooms were updated except the elevators"they were sounding bad and the door was messy" Inside the room the furniture was scratched up needing updating along with the bathroom. There was a few ants crawling around. Other then that the stay was great."
