"This is my husband and I first time staying at this resort so to us everything was pretty decent and almost perfect overall, There was just some bumps to our stay for the weekend. Like for example, they didn’t tell us about how we have to take out the trash ourselves and we had no idea where to throw out the trash, luckily we were smart enough to go to the desk and asked them if there’s a maid that takes care of that or do we handle that? She told us we have to throw out the trash, and she told us where to throw it out at luckily.. Another thing we didn’t get told was the bathroom towels. As for the bathroom towels, we saw there was no towels behind the toilet, to us that was like bizarre, and we almost went to the desk again to ask for them. But then something in my head told me to look under the bathroom sink and sure enough the towels, rags, etc were all right there. Another example is that when we checked in we would get our deposit back on the same day. But when we checked out the front desk person told us that now we have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get that back. We didn’t like the fact that we were told two different things by two different people and overall they were just not that informational, we had to find things out on our own and like I said this is our first time staying at this type of hotel so we didn’t know a lot of information or how the hotel works or runs. I will say this much, it was a peaceful stay and we did enjoy, most likely will come back agai"
