"When we arrived a little before check in we was told that no rooms where ready to come back after 4:30 and rooms should be available. The parking is bad due to the casino being across the parking lot they not only park in the casino area they also park in the hotel parking lot which makes it hard for the hotel guess to find parking. Especially handicap parking. When we finally got checked in everything was fine. The hotel has 24 hour check in which is convenient for travelers who does late...

The location is convenient—about 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and close to I-55—with free parking available. One inconvenience was the room key card repeatedly getting deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk."
