Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Normandy Isle

"Hotel is located near a runway, so plane noise all day and night. Room does not keep temp, so up all night fiddling with it. It is not well lit, and situated behind a shopping outlet, so unsafe to access alone at night. The shower has no ventilation so walls were sweating. Finally, the hotel landline did not connect to front desk, just gave a constant busy signal then hung up on you."

"The room was to dark, not neat clean, the bathroom dirty, the shower courting and Tina were broken and filthy. When I was checking in I use the toilet and was not toilet tissue and the outlet for turning the light was broken. I have pictures of evidence. Finally a young man gave us another room.we found clothes of other guests inside the drawer."

"It’s not worth the price. The staff, particularly the lady at night was not friendly in answering your questions. I asked about internet and she gave me a strange answer. Also the rooms were smelly. I was there for 1 night but will never ever book there."

"My children has dairy allergies and they both got sick from the sausage that they ate at breakfast. Please make guest aware of the foods that contain milk, egg and nuts."

"nunca nosso quarto foi limpo nunca, café da manhã sofrível, tudo extremamente longe e funcionarios não entendiam bem nem o espanhol nem o português, não tinha sabonete nos recipientes e ficamos sem a estadia toda, pedi na recepção mas nunca foi entregue, piscina estava fechada, ficamos com o quarto sujo todos os 5 dias, não tinha translado como havia dito no site, carpete do corredor nos dias em que estive lá não vi passarem um aspirador, pelo preço achei que deveria ter sido beeeem melhor"
