"Our cleaning process was very nice and extremely helpful. She did a great job though I forgot her name, we were on the 15th floor in the Château towers. I’ve stayed here a few times and I have to say the food at the restaurants was not what they used to be. Blade was good."

"The hotel smelled amazing and it was very clean. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were well maintained. The bar tender Carlos was friendly and treated us like family. We loved the hotel and will make this our go to hotel going forward. The only downside was that our bathtub did not drain the water as it should so we were bathing with the tub semi-full. We didn’t complain because we understand these things happen and we were staying for 2 days, but is something that does need to be fixed. Other than that everything was amazing. Close to the airport and accessible to the stores and restaurants. I recommend Pullman Suites and Resort"
