"This hotel is like a motel on a highway during your road trip. Room was not ready upon our arrival, but they gave us a key and told to go downstairs when we called front desk. There is no service, they left a body wash bottle empty, second day no towels were left and they didn’t bring them up, we needed to go downstairs to get them. Constant running water in the toilet.
