"Rooms are clean. Air conditioners are very loud and under sized. It runs all day/night. Hard to get some sleep. Our room looked onto a garbage can and gravel parking lot. Very basic no frills or even a coffee maker."

"Although the resort was pretty in the public areas, our room was never cleaned properly. They never vacuumed, so there was residual sand all over the floors in our room, hand soap that dripped on the bathroom sink our first night there and was never cleaned up by housekeeping. Also, our room was never restocked with waters and coffee as stated it would be all 4 days. The two public pools were on the smaller side, nicely heated but very crowded . The service to order drinks on the beach took 30+ minutes, it’s much faster to walk all the way to the bar yourself. Next time we will stick to flying to all inclusive resorts out of country, we always have much better experiences with that choice. For the price we paid , we would’ve had a much better experience elsewhere . The gratuity is already including in everything, could be why service wasn’t great "

"I’ve always loved this hotel. It was perfect for my family.. until this recent trip. The front desk staff (Cory) was very aloof - when I said hi, he looked at his screen and said “how could I help?” - definitely not the vibe I want or expect when we’re paying this much. Then I missed to give the bellhop our ticket (I noticed within 20 minutes and went back downstairs), this man scolded me and said “yes! We need this! If not, how can we get your bags to you?!… they’ll bring it up and you can give him something”. Did not like that interaction whatsoever. The housekeeper Darlene, was such a delight!! Aside from the staff; their infinity pool was changed to an adult-only pool, their kids splash pad was removed, and they now have a valet-only option for parking which was $80 a night. Their website no longer shows the splash pad, but it does still include self-parking and doesn’t mention the pool being adult only. While there is another pool, my kids loved this one in the past. To top it off, on our last day, they closed the kids pool early (3pm) due to an event. Completely unacceptable. Definitely won’t be back. "

"Great value hotel at the airport, beds are comfortable and room size is more than adequate. Bathroom could use refurbishing but overall a fine stay."
