She even helped us arrange for affordable transport to the cruise port for the next morning. The room was extremely clean and the bed was really comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again for our future cruises leaving from Miami."

I booked this Hotel through Expedia and paid in full for the month of Jan. 2026. But when I check in to the Hotel, that was month of May, one of the front desk customer service put me on standby list # 20. Wow what a service? He doesn’t know his job. "Arrived at late night check in. Took a while there was multiple issues with other guests the attendant had to deal with. i don't agree with the deposit policy. If you pay for the room in its entirety and they have a card on file, I don't get why you have to place a deposit as well. the deposit still has not cleared off of the card, and it's been over six days.
