"To begin with, staff were disorganized and not well trained. The had a security person at front t door and he didn’t even offer to assist guests or open front door. Not a great welcome. The lobby furniture was in poor condition and no attention to detail in the lobby. The elevator, 1, was in poor condition and not up to date with inspections. The halls were also very worn and not very clean. The room was actually ok but the HCAC was very noisy and continued to blow out cold air even after turned off. The weight room was very poorly maintained and had major trip hazards. It is obvious that the owner of this property never visits the site."
