"The property is a quaint bungalow nestled in a fun East Austin neighborhood. It had all the things we needed for a couple's weekend! Good: choices of ways to make coffee or tea (coffee maker, French press, pour over, tea kettle, etc.). Large fridge for our groceries, full stove/oven and a nice butcher countertop with sink. Had pots/pans, silverware, all the basic necessities. The living room TV was a nice option if we wanted to stream our own content. Bathroom was comfortable and well...

"The property was very run down. Piles of leaves everywhere. Debris covered the sidewalks, parking lot, pool area. Irrigation pipes were loose all over the sidewalks and oulled out of the beds. The exterior was run down. Construction inside the apartment I stayed in was mediocre at best. Floating shelves were hanging at an angle in the kitchen, I was unable to get the hot water running the last morning of my stay in the shower."

"This rental was very clean, modern and truly felt like I was at home. The rental is convenient to local restaurants and groceries. I was very impressed with all the modern features along with a game room for my son. Highly recommend as a comfortable home to stay in when visiting Cedar Park or Austin."
