Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Ausstattung der Hütten ist sehr gut das Bett und die Bettwäsche sind sehr bequem, die Zimmer haben Klimaanlage und einen Kühlschrank. "We stayed on the last day of the season and were the only guests. Omar met us and there was also a cook and cleaning lady Adele who were very friendly and helpful. Due to an error by Hotels.com not knowing the lodge had new owners our payment had been sent to the previous owners - we are taking this up with Hotels.com as phone number also wrong but given new owners phone numbers. However as no internet at the lodge we could not cancel our booking to get our refund so this is having to be...

"Cleaning crew was pleasant. Grounds keepers kept the property nice. The Food was Great. The placement of the Hotel on the Strip was Perfect. The Pool was Lovely. Seen some Monkey's. And Different plants Flowers Insects. Love nature. The Beach was Beach was Beautiful. Check out the Pictures."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was healthy with all of the food that I was used to. Cleaners came to my room every morning to ask about cleaning my room and to help with washing my dirty clothes for a few pounds. The beach is about five minutes walk from the property and the beach is very clean. The resort pool is very clean and well spaced out, with children pool on one side and the adults on the other side separated by a bridge that leads to the bar. The way the huts are laid out was great it allows for privacy with two bamboo chairs and a table in front of the hut, incase you want to watch the sun go down. Great place, I loved it."

"I was very pleased with my stay at the Tropic Garden Hotel. Upon arriving, I noticed a few bugs in my room. When I brought the issue to the staff's attention, they responded immediately and moved me to another room without hesitation. I greatly appreciated their promptness and commitment to guest satisfaction. Throughout my stay, the staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The complimentary daily breakfast was a nice addition, and the views from the hotel were absolutely spectacular. The beautiful surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere and added to the overall experience. Overall, I had a very positive stay at the Tropic Garden Hotel and would recommend it to travelers looking for friendly service, beautiful views, and a welcoming environment."

"Amazing Staff from The Front Desk to the Housekeeping Team and every Hotel Employee i had met they were so friendly and made sure I had a very relaxing vacation. The Pool area was so clean, and the hotel room bed was very comfortable. The Manager is present and very approachable. Thankyou to everyone for the lovely vacation stay."
