"Great stay over all"

"The rooms were clean and staff was great! Great hotel horrible beds. Stayed in a room with 2 Queen beds with my sister. I complained the second night of my aching back. They moved us to a different room. Horrible beds. I came home from holiday with an aching back. Did advise hotel staff not sure if management is aware. Great hotel crappy beds. Isn't that what you look forward to? Great beds?"

"Really comfortable beds. Excellent location In North Bay. Great staff. Decent breakfast typical breakfast fare. Just had a little issue with the soap in the shower squirting into my eyeball. It was positioned at eyeball height, unfortunately, but otherwise it was an excellent stay."

"Rooms and shared areas were moderately clean. Curtains in our room were a bit torn up and to get them to close I had to fix up where they hook on to the actual window a bit. Chairs in the room were old and a bit stained. Bathroom was alright. Swimming pool area was clean but pool itself was a bit dingy not horrible. Front desk ran out of towels for the swimming pool so we couldn’t get any. We have a four year old and there wasn’t really anything on the room service menu for a kid which is fine...

"Breakfast menu was somewhat poor with very limited choices. It could be improved with adding several common menu. Room lighting wasn’t adequate, needs to be improved."

"I was greatly surprised at nice it was. I was expecting just a standard motel, but the room was all upgraded renovated with a modern feel. Staff was very friendly. About the only negative thing I can say was that the air conditioner was a little too loud. Can really beat this very nice stay for the extremely affordable price."

"It's ok if you are desperate and need a place to stay. Room smelled musty. Very old mattress and lumpy pillows. Room was clean."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff at check in was pleasant and helpful. Included breakfast was the typical included breakfast with these chains. Eggs, sausage, waffle maker, toast, bagels, yogurt, fruit and cereals. Lots to choose from. Coffee needs to be made stronger though. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

Il n’y avait pas de grille sur la ventilation de la salle de bain donc le mécanisme poussiéreux était visible et bruyant. Il y avait deux serviettes pour quatre personnes et l’une des serviettes était tachée. Le drain du bain et du lavabo ne se vident pas rapidement, il y a donc de l’eau qui s’accumule lors des douches et des brossage de dents. La...
