"I was immediately impressed when we first walked in to the lobby and saw how they had updated everything. It was very clean and inviting.The staff was very friendly and informative. Our room was completely updated, seemed like everything was new. "The overall hotel is very nice but sadly upon my check in they informed me that the ac in all the rooms were not working. Now I can understand stuff happens but to pay $500 a night with no air is crazy. I wasn’t offered a discount or even an accommodation at a sister hotel. I understand that Expedia is a third party but something should have been done but instead they wanted to collect their 500 dollars and have multiple customers complain. Not very happy with that. "The hotel is in a great location. There is a diner and a Starbucks you can walk to easily. The hotel was clean, room was clean and the property was well maintained. If youve stayed at Hampton Inn before you know what kind of breakfast they have. Its decent, filling and free. My only issue was the bed was way too soft. If needed though I would stay here again because of its location."

"The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We booked a suite and it was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very nice. The pool was disappointing. It was unclean and there were hairs and bugs floating in it. The pool water actually looked stagnant, so maybe the filter wasn't working. The pool walls and floor were filthy. We were so grossed out that we couldn't even use it. The air conditioner in our room wouldn't not get cold even after setting it to 60. Check in and check out were easy...
