"The staff was very helpful with our late arrival. However, the room was very disappointing. There were stains on the blankets, blue liquid dripping out of the fridge, and the window shook the whole night. There were lots of noises from the building outside of our room. We were only in the room for about 9 hours so I tried to ignore those issues. When we went to continental breakfast, I noticed there were paper plates to be used rather than real plates and utensils. The staff there was also super friendly. But the food was very disappointing. I will not be returning. "

"Breakfast was decent, there were bagels, bread for toast, self serve condiments, cereal, defrosted breakfast sandwiches similar to jimmy dean’s sandwiches (didn’t know if its pork sausage) not labeled, waffle maker. On one day, there wasn’t any syrup for the waffles, but there was sugar free syrup self served cups, but they tasted old when I tried it. Another day, had muffins. no milk for cereal throughout my whole stay. The security door for one of the entrances were broken, you don’t need a key to swipe in, you can just come in. Felt a little uneasy about that because I had my little one with me. Other than that, the staff was nice. The room was clean. It was an ease to get a parking space. "

"Very well placed hotel for the theatre district in Buffalo as well as a few train stops down from where the Sabers play hockey. Great hotel and an awesome price!!"

"We usually eat at Italian Prime when we stay at The Delevan, but we were downtown checking out Allentown and grabbed a bite there. Made it back to enjoy the music and several (and i use that term loosely) cocktails at The Chandelier Bar..Ade Adu provided the music and the bartenders were excellent, as always. This has become our favorite weekend getaway"
