"The parking and room access was good. The room was dirty with ripped sheets and random hair everywhere. The fridge had a pool of water in front of it when we got there. I called the front desk, they said to put a towel down and they would send someone and they never did. The air had one temperature, on full blast or off. So you were either freezing or hot. The middle area is nice and well kept but nothing was on which was unfortunate. Overpriced"

"The complementary breakfast was not fresh. They prepared the scrambled eggs in the same grease that they used in making sausages. That was unsanitary, food violation and against our dietary requirements."

"The lobby has been renovated, but the rooms are still look the same when I went there 13 years ago. It feels like 90s renovation, and I can feel the carpet isn't as clean as other hotels I went to. The bed and mattress are nice and feel new. I like the access to the pool directly from the hotel room via the extra door to the courtyard. The Staff is friendly and helped me to receive all the Amazon online shopping prior to my arrival."

"I would not stay in this Hotel. The property is just awful, very very dirty, just disgusting, needs updated. The room had stains, smelled really bad. Changed rooms and again smelled even worse, stains in front of the door. My husband and I just couldn't do it. The receptionist was so sweet and tried changing us rooms again, but just the feeling of the place and the lobby just wasn't doing it for us, so we left and didn't stay. The manager was nice enough to refund our money in full. I booked on...
