Everything "front desk" is thru text and calls which takes a while but not too long, similar to a hotel response time, not a deal breaker. Would stay again due to price to quality. Outside it looks dated but clean and nice inside. 1 star taken away due to noise. DO NOT STAY AT ROOM NEAR THE WASHING MACHINE AREA, Unless you plan to not be in your room during working hours or else you wont be able to...

"Liked the spacious spa and shower combo in the cabin room I stayed. Location is very good. McDonald and IHOP is only a few steps outside. You can walk to the Marina for boat ride, nice restaurants or just to enjoy the scenery. Free bike is a bonus if you can use it. Comfortable lounge provides coffee in the morning. You can chat with other travelers if you are social."

"This resort is in a great location. It is close to everything. The rooms has been renovated, but there were a few issues. The toilet didn't flush well and it was very noisy from upstairs. We enjoyed the breakfast and the parking was unique and close to our room."
